New month, NEW me
Since it's the first of June, I'm going to be doing so I'm going to be telling u tips on how to be the NEW you.
1. LET GO OFF TOXIC PEOPLE
If you want to be the NEW u, then you have to let go of ppl that hold you back from being you. It can be hard, but once you do it, you'll be glad. You NEED to be confident!
Make sure to subscribe to our yt channel for more content!
2. WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS
Write down some goals that u would like to achieve in June. Make sure these goals are reachable. For example: "Clean my room", that is a reachable one. An example of an unreachable one is "Get to 1M followers on tiktok" u know very well, you WON'T get their 😭.
3. FOCUS ON MENTAL HEALTH
Focus on yourself and your daily needs, the way you feel is normal. Make sure to reach out for help if you need it (SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP IF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS REALLY BAD) Everyone needs to realise that mental health is important, and a bad mental health = a bad day/ life !!
4. GET OUT OF UR COMFORT ZONE
Try new things this month, such as : New foods, new clothes, new countries/continent's. Pick up new hobbies such as: baking, cooking, drawing/painting, reading & writing.
